Meet Stephanie Hotte Melnicoff. Born to French Canadian parents and raised in Fort Lauderdale, Stephanie graduated from Cardinal Gibbons High School in 2001 and went on to earn her degree from the University of Florida in Public Relations with a Minor in Spanish. She continued her education at DePaul University in Chicago where she received her Master’s Degree in Corporate and Multicultural Communication.

In 2010, Stephanie and her husband Jack (also a Fort Lauderdale native) moved back home before the birth of their first son. It was at that time Stephanie began her Real Estate career, focusing on using her intimate knowledge of the area to help people find their dream home in her hometown of Fort Lauderdale.

Stephanie joined Walker Realty in 2019 and is committed to utilizing her education and local expertise to make all Real Estate transactions as seamless as possible.
