She was an instrumental part of their management teams and served as an advisor through the entire conversion process from ensuring compliance of state requirements, design to Contract Administration; Sales and Closings. She exceeded all the Developers sell-out and closing expectations.

With our Challenging economy Beth wanted to make a difference and help those who were facing the possibility of foreclosure. She became Certified and holds the title as a Certified Distressed property Expert (CDPE) and assembled a team of true professionals who shared her passion. At NO COST to the homeowner their Short Sale Team has become a lifeline to many homeowners, providing them with alternative solutions to foreclosure through their streamlined Short Sale Service.

In her Leisure time, a member of Coral Ridge Country Club enjoys socializing and golf. She resides with her Husband, Dr Richard Mastrole of the Holy Cross Medical Group in their Oceanfront Condominium.
