Leadership

MGR’s founder and president, Neil Ghosh, is a seasoned turnaround executive with more than 25 years of experience in information technology, organizational change management, management consultancy, workforce augmentation, and international development. His experience and expertise span the government, nonprofit, and private sectors. During his career, Neil has led many strategic operations to advance goals in development, diplomacy, and defense. He is known for creating high-performing organizations and helping them grow in scale and impact by providing access to domestic and international networks and capital and by building synergistic relationships across professional and political divides.

Neil has successfully launched and grown several for-profit and nonprofit operations from the ground up and has built teams, business models, partnerships, and strategies to reach organizational goals. He has established a strong track record in designing and implementing numerous projects for US government agencies (US Army Corps of Engineers, Department of Homeland Security, Veterans Affairs) and multilateral organizations (World Bank, United Nations) on time and on budget. Neil has pioneered market entry and growth strategies for over 150 corporations, government agencies, and

international development organizations and implemented projects in more than 30 countries.

Neil is a Certified Management Consultant with an MBA in international business and an MS in management information systems. He has been featured in print, broadcast, and online media in the United States and abroad, including CNN, Devex, the Washington Post, and Stanford Social Innovation Review.

Our leadership team encompasses a broad range of public and private-sector experience, with diverse backgrounds in IT operations and security, software architecture, architecture and engineering, construction management, healthcare management, strategic development, and staffing.
