Reviewing Offers and Choosing a Farmer
After the offer period has closed, you will have the opportunity to evaluate the offers submitted by interested farmers. In addition to the annual rent amount, all other pertinent information required to evaluate the offers will be provided. There is no obligation on to accept the highest offer unless you choose to do so, nor are you obligated to replace your current tenant. After fair market rent has been established you are in complete control over the decision as to who operates on your property.
At any time during the evaluation period, should you desire direct communications with potential tenants Tillable will assist in facilitating these interactions. Tillable plays a supporting role in your tenant decision and is available to assist you at every point in the process.
When you have made the decision as to who will operate on your land for the 2019 season, the farmer will be notified. The next step will be to start the automated lease contract process.
