Itinerary
Day One: Rhinos en-route
On the road to Murchison Falls, we detour into Rhino territory to visit the awe-inspiring animals hosted at Ziwa Rhino Sanctuary. We continue north to Murchison Falls. Upon arrival, we ferry across the Nile where the deluxe Paraa Safari Lodge awaits.

Day Two: From the Sprawling Savannah to the Torrential Falls
In the morning, we set out onto the savannah, searching for wildlife, our excitement growing with every elephant, lion, giraffe, buffalo, and antelope we see. After the sun hits its peak, we discard the bumpy roads for smooth sailing down the Nile whose shores are a cool retreat for hippos and crocodiles. After disembarking, we hike to the top of Murchison Falls, where a spectacular view awaits to soak up the setting sun. At dusk, we retreat to our cozy rooms at Budongo Eco Lodge.

Day Three: Destined for Queen Elizabeth National Park
We drive southwest, destined for Queen Elizabeth National Park, where we check into the luxurious Mweya Safari Lodge

Day Four: Along Kazinga Channel
Our morning game drive in Queen Elizabeth National Park brings us close to Uganda Kobs, elephants, lions and all the fauna spread across the diverse habitats. The later hours lead us to seek refreshment on a boat ride down Kazinga channel, the water formation uniting Lake Edward and Lake George. It seems the birds, hippos, and crocodiles congregated at the shores seek the same respite.

Day Five: A Day in Ishasha
We drive to Ishasha, in the southernmost sector of Queen Elizabeth National Park. A day in the savannah delivers the best chances of seeing wildlife we have not yet spotted, and of course, a sighting of the famed tree climbing lions.

We cross the equator on our return to Kampala and onward to our departure point at Entebbe International Airport.
