Pricing and Fees

In the first year that you use the service Tillable collects a fee of 30% of the increase in your gross rent from your prior year’s rent. If there is no increase, the landowner pays no fees.

Example:
Prior year rent $200/acre x 150 acres = $30,000 gross rent.
Tillable first year rent $250/acre x 150 acres = $37,800 gross rent
Increase in gross rent $7,800.00
Tillable fee $7,800 x 30% = $2,340.00
Net increase to land owner $5,460.00 or 18.2%

Tillable’s fee will be collected when the rental payment is submitted from your farmer.

Starting in year two, Tillable collects and annual fee of 2% of the gross revenue. This fee will be assessed when the rental payment is submitted from your farmer.

Example:
Year 2 Gross Rent $37,800.00
Tillable Fee 2.0%
Year 2 fees $756.04

These fees support the ongoing value that Tillable will provide you related to property listing maintenance and improvements, farmer profile searches, lease contract maintenance, rental collection processing and data maintenance and reporting.

There will be an annual farmers transaction fee of 2% assessed to farmers who rent land through the Tillable platform.
