Transactions generated through Tillable will have the associated lease contracts managed and stored on the platform. Menu driven questions and answers provide required contract details to legally reviewed lease documents customized for each individual state. Electronic signatures finalize the lease agreement.
You have the ability to upload an existing lease rather than use the contract provided by Tillable. We encourage the use of our leases as they are legally current and integrated with other sections of the platform.
