Before joining Stonehaven, Team Coordinator Sonja worked for Thommen Medical devices for over three years gaining valuable medical and business experience. Aft er graduati ng from business school she att ended the Kansas State University where she studied Communicati on and Marketing.

Adrian holds a PhD in Management from the Bucharest Academy of Economic Studies. He worked as a consultant with McKinsey for 2 years where he focused on commercial strategy and M&A valuations as well as merger integrations for companies in both Human and Animal Health.

A business consultant with a PhD in molecular Neuroscience, Benjamin previously worked for McKinsey. His role involved developing strategies across several business functi ons (Corporate, Commercial, R&D and Operati ons) spanning the enti re healthcare sector.

A business consultant with global experience in industry, Oliver spent seven years at Novartis in key roles including European Key Account Management, Global Brand Management and Strategic Planning. Following the sale of Novartis Animal Health to Eli Lilly & Co, Elanco Animal Health, he became Operati ons Consultant in the Elanco Integrati on Management Offi ce.

Matt hias has over 12 years of experience in Animal Health. He served on the executi ve committ ees of two major Animal Health companies for a total of 7 years. Between 2009 and 2013 he led the global Aqua Health business at Novarti s Animal Health. Later on, he was Global Leader Emerging Business at Elanco. He is a business leader with broad internati onal experience and strength in sales, strategy and executi on.

A veterinarian by training George has more than 30 years experience in the Life Science Industry. In 2015 he reti red from his role at Novarti s where he was a member of the Executi ve Committ ee. Prior to that he was global head of Pharmacia Animal Health and before that he held numerous leadership roles in Johnson & Johnson. In 2008 he was awarded an honorary doctorate by the University of Edinburgh and he has received lifeti me achievement awards from the Internati onal Federati on of Animal Health (Health for Animals) and also from Animal Pharm.
